Ready to start the rental process ?  

In addition the following information will be required by landlord of the tenant decides to move forward with any of the units.

Having all required documents ready in advance will help streamline the process.

To ensure a smooth process and to demonstrate to the landlords that you are a qualified tenant, we will need to conduct a tenant screening. This includes providing the following information:

Required Documents for Tenant Screening:

Completed rental/tenant application

Government-issued ID

Credit report – I can provide a screening link via SafeRent, which includes credit, eviction, and background checks. Please provide the email of the applicant for this process. If required by landlord

Proof of income – Accepted forms include:

Last three months of pay stubs

Bank statements

Tax returns

Any additional requirements specified by the building

A brief bio about the tenant(s)

Rental Process:

Submitting an Offer – We submit a contract to lease with your preferred lease start date and occupancy details.

Lease Preparation – The landlord’s agent drafts the lease and provides details on move-in costs and instructions. We review to insure all information is accurate and correct.

Building Application – Once the lease is executed, the building application process begins, which may take 1-2 weeks depending on building.

Move-in Walkthrough – On move-in day, we conduct a unit inspection, documenting any pre-existing damages and ensuring all appliances are in working condition.

Taking Possession – You officially take possession of the unit.

Important Notes:

Deposit requirements vary by building, typically ranging from three months’ rent to first month’s rent plus security deposits.

Tenant screening is a critical step in securing your new home and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
